Perry leads the global Livingstone organization that now spans Europe and North America. Perry became Livingstone Group CEO in 2019, having previously been CEO of Derive Logic.
Perry has over 25 years’ experience of leading and growing IT services companies. He was Executive Director at Bluefish Communications and part of the team that led the sale of the company to Vodafone in 2011. Perry has also held senior leadership roles at NextiraOne, Star Internet (part of MessageLabs) and IBM Global Services. Perry has an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and is a Member of the Information Technologists Company.
Trevor is Group Chairman of Livingstone. Trevor was Chairman and one of the original investors in Derive Logic which was acquired into the group in April 2019, moving him into the group role across Livingstone, Siwel and Derive Logic.
Trevor also chairs Roc Technologies, a business backed by BGF, CyberCrowd, a cyber governance business, and NodeOne, a data services and analytics business. Prior to these roles, Trevor founded, supported and grew a number of IT related services and software businesses through the late 1990s and 2000s, namely Prime, Netcrowd and Ocean.
Ian took the role following the acquisition of Cloud Optics. He is a globally experienced leader in Software Sales, Consulting Services and Software Asset Management, with over 18 years’ experience in Software License Consulting. He has worked across all different types of client sizes and verticals within Europe and North America.
Prior to joining Cloud Optics, Ian was responsible for building, transforming and leading one of the largest specialist consulting practices in EMEA. He has a successful track record of designing and building Cloud Applications that facilitate the delivery and management of key License Consulting project components.
Tony joined Derive Logic as Head of Service Engagement in mid-2017 and was promoted to Operations Director in 2018. He previously worked at Ricoh as the Senior Service Operations Manager, responsible for the Vodafone account.
Tony also served with the Royal Air Force for 22 years, initially as an Electronics Engineer and then transitioning to IT Operations. He did tours in Germany, Cyprus, Italy and various countries in the Middle East. He also managed a team of engineers supporting an electronic diagnostic system for the Merlin Helicopter, both in the UK and in deployed theatres around the world.
Nick joined Livingstone as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, now reporting into our group CEO. Working closely with our global leadership team and The Carlyle Group, Nick is responsible for the group’s finance and HR functions.
Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 and held a number of senior finance positions in the technology sector prior to joining Livingstone, including CFO of Bell Microproducts Europe, Finance Director for UK and Ireland at Avnet Technology Solutions and Head of Finance at Northamber plc.
Simon is a founder of Livingstone Technologies. He currently sits on the Executive Leadership Team as Head Platform Development. Simon is responsible for the development roadmap of our client portal LUCE.
He has over 15 years’ experience of the Software Asset Management and Cloud markets, working closely with our growing customer base to help them take control of their software and cloud cost. Simon helps to eliminate unacceptable spend and enforce tight governance standards that keep them compliant, agile and secure.
Chris founded Derive Logic in 2011, successfully building the business until its acquisition by the Carlyle Group in 2019. He joined the executive team of Livingstone and works with stakeholders across the Livingstone and Derive Logic businesses to guide the strategic thought leadership of the business and influence the direction of the wider industry.
Chris initially worked as a consultant before taking on more senior practice management roles. He worked for large enterprise organizations focusing on networking, security, data center and unified communications, specializing in data center optimization and particularly in software licensing.
Frank Bitoun is General Manager for Livingstone North America. A veteran in IT with over 20 years spent in the software licensing business, Frank is an entrepreneur and an accomplished tech business operator. He has a solid background in global solutions and services sales, sales operations, business development, marketing and general management.
Prior to joining Livingstone, Frank was Group SVP of Sales for Crayon. He also handled several global leadership positions at SoftwareOne, Insight, Asap Software, Dell Technologies and Borland.
